How in the world is this a 1003 sq-ft condo? According to the above-referenced county tax record, it's the "Bonair 1 BR+Den 1003sf" model. On another site, I found the blueprint for unit #912, which appears to have ~100sq-ft internal hallway, then a 11.5'x12' BR, a 9'x8' den, and a 8.5'x15' LV. How's this more than 600sq-ft? The 3 rooms add up to 337.5sq-ft, and are more than half the floorplan's area, or about half if one includes the spooky hallway. Weird.
