I like the main level floor plan, but second level bed rooms are small, The Master bedroom takes almost 45% of the room and the rest 50% is left for 3 bedrooms and 5% hallway The house is in good location, with good schools and accessible way RT 66, RT 50 and RT 7100 (Fairfax county pkwy) The house is in need of fresh paint thru out the house, the previous owner had kids, and they has the freedom for showing there artist side thru out the house. Here is some work needed… The kitchen is in need to new appliances badly, the house does not have Refrigerators, Washer and dryer, and the carpet needs to go i.e. the entire second level, along with stair needs new carpet.
