House needs a lot of updating and TLC. Pretty much everything is original from 80's. Family room and wine cellar are focals point of the home and great, but basement and secondary bedrooms are small for a home of this size.

Consider cost to update when contemplating asking/offer price.

Finished walk-up basement with full wet bar with granite counter tops including sink, mini-fridge and wine cooler.

One drawback to basement is lack of any storage space and no extra den/room. And very odd enormous bathroom in basement...?

Backyard is private with mature pine trees blocking view of house behind. Very well landscaped.

Kitchen has cherry cabinets and black appliances. Basement is huge and 2 car garage has storage on the side and deep enough for shelves against the interior wall.

The layout is not as open as some other town homes in the same square footage range.

Lots of room in the upstairs hall landing takes away some square footage from the bedrooms.

HOA in this part of Broadlands is much higher than normal due to HOA including basic cable TV and high speed internet.

Basement is a walk-out. Large deck on rear. Small deck on side. No garage, but redone concrete driveway.

Lot is a mix of awesome and bad - backyard is huge and backs to woods and tall, mature trees, but home fronts to busy Braddock Rd. Road noise may or may not be tolerable - depends on what you're used to. This is very important because master bedroom is on front of home and faces Braddock Rd.

End unit that backs to common area, but sides to Davis Dr which is a pretty busy street.

Very formal dining room that cuts into the living/family room space. Basement is on the small side, but that's because of the 2 car garage and the front door is on the side of the home.

Though the interior needs help, the lot is awesome - end unit that backs to mature trees that aren't going anywhere.
