Saw this house on Sun, 8/23. Cute house, nice yard (corner lot), good location, seems to be a very friendly neighborhood. Kitchen appeared to be nicely updated although small. Cozy living room with a small dining space although one of the upstairs rooms could be used as a separate dining room. Upstairs bathroom was clean and tastefully updated. Odd renovation of the main floor bedroom closets. Tiny 2nd bathroom in the basement (extremely narrow clearance between shower and vanity). Didn't look like the windows in the basement had been replaced. Front bay window probably has a broken seal since there appeared to be condensation between the panes. Overall, it has potential to be a great house, but despite the 2 levels and nice yard, it is overpriced for the neighborhood given some of the renovation decisions made, which is why I didn't make an offer (and probably won't).
This home is in pretty good shape and the layout is unique. The basement has Bar/kitchenette. The upper level loft provides 2nd Master Suite living area.
