This house has a great floorplan and it flows nicely. The challenge is the cat smell, and most of the carpet needs to be replaced since the cat has clawed it. House is cluttered and does not show the best. If you can look past that, this house has a lot to offer. Peggy James Exit 1st Choice Realty. I work as a Buyers Agent
