Nice house, needs a small amount of work (floor in kitchen/dining room, screens on windows torn, broken seals on windows). Pros: The upstairs had a nice loft style area, that over looked the living room. Yard was fenced in (I think the some wood sections were mismatched [not a pro]). Garage was nice and spacious (I noticed only right door had opener, but obviously a 2nd one could be installed on the left door). Basement was nice, could easily make it into a rec room. Bedrooms were nice, as well as the bathrooms. Kitchen was nice and spacious. House was at the end of a cul-de-sac, so if it were not for the first con (see next paragraph), it would be a great location. Cons: What turned me off the most was the house backs up to Dale Boulevard. With the windows closed, during non-rush hour traffic, the vehicle noise could be heard. With the door wall open, it would be very annoying while having a conversation at dinner or trying to relax in the family room reading a book or watching TV. Another turn off was the lack of privacy. The house had a deck that was above the walkout basements door-wall entrance. The deck is small but nice, but there were no trees to obstruct the view of Dale Blvd. Another thing that I noticed was a lot of cars (about 30) parked along Dale Blvd (this was around 12PM). They were parked on the opposite side of the road, near some townhomes. They were there because there was probably not enough room in the townhome parking lot
