Good from far but lots of work needed on this home. Trim work around the outside shows lots of rot. Flooring, walls and apps on inside need replacing. Nice lot on quiet street backing to parking lot and roadway behind. Some basement issues here too. Call with q's to 571-235-0129.

Quite a bit of work needed. Rooms were divided and alternate wiring and ductwork has been installed possibly to house more occupants. There are obvious signs of water damage in the basement. A portion of the foundation wall has been removed and a poor attempt was made to dig out the crawlspace under the family room for some reason. The basement bathroom along that wall has been extensively damaged. The outside of the home needs new trim and a good powerwashing. The firebox in the family room is damaged. The wood around the basement doors may need to be replaced and new insulation put in around it. Damage to drywall, holes, graffitti, etc.
