I rescind the comment that I second Ken Isaacman's comments. Expansion is not an option as the majority of the property is a Resource Protection Area according to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area detailed map available at http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/gisapps/pdfviewer/

Just as an FYI this house has huge moisture and mold issues in the crawl space. Once can only hope it hasn't gotten into the walls yet. Second Ken Isaacman's comments.

Wow does this one need a lot of work! The property seems to have been ransacked by cossacks! The kitchen has nothing but pipes left. no cabinets or appliances or countertops for that matter. The rest of the home isn't much better. See the pics or call or email me for more information. The one redeeming facet is the lot which is large, flat and backs to a wooded area.
