| Julie Emery Century 21 New Millennium | This house needs some TLC, particularly in the basement.The walls look rough and I'd want a home inspector to make sure there weren't any moisture problems. The hardwoods on the main level are in good condition and there's a nice sized back yard. Carpet in the bedroom level isn't great, but with a good cleaning is probably livable. The tub in the master bath looks like it needs caulking and the tiles need grouting. | |
