| Dave | No wonder there are no inside photos posted. This unit is completed tucked inside the inner corner of the top floor!! The floor plans aren't linked to via their web site, but some Google cache hacking reveals the floorplan image link and Google cache page. It was this listed for $200k above assessed value!?!?? At it's current price, it's probably still $100k over-priced (in my opinion). At least it has a second parking space, which 1201 GARFIELD ST N #703 does not have. At least #703 has some interior photos (and appears to be the same floorplan). | |
