The neighborhood of Minor Hill features over 300 homes and spans across 2 of Arlington’s zip codes: 22207 and 22213, about 1 mile from the East Falls Church Metro. This post will just focus on the 23 townhomes on the 3200 block of N Tacoma Street, Arlington, VA 22213. These 23 units were built in 1986, feature fireplaces, patios, and attached garages along with a driveway for parking. The units have open floorplans and feel more like a single family home than a vertical townhouse.
